helpful staff great waterfront gothic quarter terrible noise poor window
I found the staff very helpful. The location was awesome I could easily reach the waterfront and the Gothic Quarter. Many places to eat were close by too.
The hotel is showing its age. The elevator doors created terrible noises. the windows did not seal well at all.

superb stay!
excellent location clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
I really appreciated the excellent location. It was easy to walk to many attractions. the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the bed was indeed very comfortable for a restful sleep. the staff was super friendly and ready to help (they provided great directions!).
the vending machines had limited snack options. i wish there were more choices available.

the breakfast buffet had a wide array of foods, drinks, and fresh fruits to select from. i saw plenty of choices available, even for picky eaters. the intimate setting really befits this boutique hotel.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the river rock flooring. luxurious toiletries were provided in the bathroom. the very large rain shower had great water pressure too (a real plus!).

the hotel is centrally located very close to the gothic quarter. many historical and tourist sites are within walking distance. i found the location ideal for exploring the city on foot.

my twin room extra bed included two twin beds. a third smaller bed was also in the room. a spacious wardrobe was a plus. the breakfast had various options, including fresh fruit.
the elevator made some noise during operation.

superb city stay
convenient location ample space luxurious toiletries
The hotel is situated in a very convenient area. i found i could easily walk to many main attractions and the bus station was nearby. the staff efficiently stored my luggage upon my early arrival. my room offered ample space along with excellent views. the bathroom featured luxurious toiletries and a notably large rainfall shower. The water pressure was great.
the noise from ongoing roadworks outside impacted my stay slightly. it was difficult to fully relax due to the constant noise, especially early in the morning. quieter windows would greatly improve the experience.

The hotel benefits from proximity to points of interest. the city center, the port, and various attractions are easily accessible. a metro station is also only a short walk away. This facilitates convenient travel around the area.

The room included three large windows with multiple curtain layers. beds were comfortable, and pillows were fluffy. amenities included combined shampoo and shower gel, toothbrushes, and cotton wool pads. These added to the convenience.

I experienced that the staff were professional, attentive, and helpful. they readily addressed any requests i had. reception staff demonstrated customer-centric service. This ensured smooth check-in despite my early arrival.

low shower pressure extra safe fee
the staff was friendly enough, which met my basic expectations.
The room felt quite dated. I noticed the showerhead had poor pressure. additionally, the safe required an extra fee. I thought this was unacceptable. i've never encountered that kind of charge before.
